The THOMSEN GROUP has developed the following product strategy: 
In order for Germany not to dwindle to a midget we need children. And qualified people – so much that even top women have to be engaged. No wonder they start to become, just as their colleagues, picky: At which company stay work and life in balance, where are children and a career possible? They want city instead of traffic jams, no commuting, no rush hours. This is exactly what they can find in the city of entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs proactively and career-orientated take their life’s in their own hands, life-entrepreneurs so to speak. They have the same ideals as the self-employed or employed entrepreneurs of the companies in the city of entrepreneurs. These decision makers, who sometimes even live here, are interested in what the bottom line is. E.g. recruiting and linking of the important resource human capital. Some of them are company flats. All are only a few steps from the office away though. The people living here are educated and encourage education. Elite academies and business angels are located here. Woopies (well off older people) give advice, e.g. for management buy-outs. The city of entrepreneurs redefines the entrepreneur; no typical bad investors at all! Whether private or business entrepreneurs – all of them are perhaps the perfect symbiosis between reliability and entrepreneurial self-initiative. Especially international decision makers do appreciate this fact. Another reason for this city to be carrying the German name “Unternehmerstadt”. It is a on the cutting edge. But most of all, as many renowned studies prove, it’s wanted and needed. And this completes the circle:  Qualified people and children are not only letting the city of entrepreneurs grow, but Germany as well.
